I joined the school soccer team.
I literally suck and I mean SUCK at soccer.
Today was our first game and we were going against Fraser Wood elementary school.
My position was middle field.
We were able to win it was 4-1.I was pretty surprised and happy.
However it was rainy as crazy and I got drenched,not to mention the cold and my fingers got so numb.
It was rainy as heck.
I'm so happy when I got home,I took a quick warm shower...Scratch that more like loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnng shower,scratch shower BATH.
So next Monday is my scheduled practice I practice for 45 min.After that I go home and stretch and do muscle/heart and lung training.Basically I do exercises that increase the following.
