Oil Pastel Lipstick
I'm finally on youtube!!
Me and Stephanie did a small tutorial on how to make lipstick from oil pastels.
You will need
1.pastels of any colours
2.vasiline or petrolium jelly
3.container
4.candle and lighter
5.spoon
